Chef De Partie
We are a busy family-run pub and restaurant which has recently gained an AA rosette due to our team's hard work and dedication. We pride ourselves on finding the balance between both traditional and modern contemporary dishes.

Our chefs combine over 40 years of restaurant experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals new to hospitality who want to progress and learn in a professional environment.

We operate a traditional kitchen brigade system, using fresh ingredients and blending traditional methods with contemporary innovation. Our menu trends towards traditional high-end gastropub dishes with restaurant influence. This is not a job where you will use microwaves, freezers or pre-prepared dishes.

We operate on a 4-day working week, and salary is based on 45 hours.

Please check our location before applying. Own transport is essential as there's no regular public transport.
